I've titled the Message Experiencing God and I believe that the text today in exodus, we're going to cover several texts and exodus is lends itself to that title, that that experiencing God is an important part of what happens, especially to Moses, in the book of Exodus. But last century Awa Tozer said that the that what you think about God is the most important thing about you. Now, assuming he's correct, let me just ask the question to us. What do you think about God? What place does he occupy in your hearts? And perhaps more importantly is how do we make the thoughts in our heart, the thoughts in our minds, excuse me, come to life in our hearts? What can we do to actually make a head knowledge of God become a heart knowledge of God? Well, I think there are two aspects to that. There's certainly the objective aspect. There's there's external knowledge that we can go get about God, and that external knowledge is obviously the scripture. The scripture is is the only authoritative and reliable source of information about God that we have, and so we will know nothing outside of scripture about God. And so there's that aspect. But then there's another aspect. There's the the subjective or the personal aspect, this internal aspect, where where we learn about God through our experiences. Now, this subjective aspect is always subjected to scripture, right, we can't know anything experientially about God. That's not true in scripture, that's not validated by scripture. But but the internal aspect is where we have a scriptural interpretation of the circumstances of our life, these circumstances that have been orchestrated by God. Again, it's a it's a scriptural interpretation of the circumstances of life. God creates the circumstances to bring the scripture to life so that our knowledge of God becomes a true force in our life. That's a statement I want to focus on, or keep in the back of our minds as we go through this this morning, is God creates the circumstances to bring scripture to life so that our knowledge of God becomes a true force in our life. Now, the way we know we're on track if if we are experiencing God or or if God is becoming the most important thing that we think about. The way we know we're on track is when our thoughts of God result in worship. It's fairly simple. The the end goal is always worship. That is what we're created for, that's what we will spend the rest of eternity doing, is worshiping, and so when our thoughts of God, in spite of our circumstances, lead us to worship, we know we're on the right track. An example this would be job. Think about job. He was the most righteous man in the land and then God, through Satan, took his children, he took his health and his wealth and his support system, and then job found...

...himself, through the through the greatest part of the book, in a quandary. He was he was a little bit upset because, as he saw, the circumstances of our life were determined by the way we lived, and so he was upset. He was he was looking for an audience with God to kind of make his case or to have God sort of answer for himself because he felt like the way he lived did not deserve the kind of circumstances he was getting. Well, when God did show up, if you recall, in the in the last part of the book, for three chapters, God doesn't address job's question directly, but he asked job question after question after question, and the gist of those questions are job, who are you to question me? And job's response was this. He has this response now, before he has more children. He has this response, before his health is restored or his wealth is restored. He doesn't as far as we can tell, he doesn't know those things are on the horizon. And here's how he responds. He says, I know that you can do all things and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted. Therefore, I have uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me, which I did not know. I had heard of you by the hearing of the ear, but now my eyes see you. Therefore, I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes. So this, this person who is the most righteous in the land, I mean there was a legitimate claim there by God himself. This person finds himself in view of God and in the worst circumstances, in great loss and pain in his life. When he sees God in this New Light, he then worships God in a particularly amazing way. He repents in dust and ashes, and so we can see from job that, practically speaking, his his theology before this event was that was that he was sovereign. I mean he would never say we would never say that right, but the way he was understanding life is that is that God reacts to me. If I live this way, God's going to react in my life this way. That's why he was thinking. But now he's seen God in a New Light and he sees that God is sovereign and God can do whatever He pleases and whatever He pleases is good, even if it's at grace great loss to Joe. Well, that's that's a quick example of the way that our circumstances, scripturally interpreted, will bring God to life in our lives. So I ask again, what what do you think about God? We're going to do a little case study of Moses this morning and we're going to see how Moses ultimately rightly interpreted his circumstances and see if perhaps we can learn how to do the same thing in our life. So let me set up the text for a minute. We're going to we're going to do a quick fly by in exodus. Now, if you recall, in Genesis one through eleven, it looks to me like there's about twenty five hundred three thousand years get covered in those first eleven chapters. I mean we're moving quick through time in the first eleven chapters of Genesis and then from Chapter Twelve to chapter fifty we cover roughly two hundred and fifty years. There's Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and then when we get to exodus, exodus slows way down and the entire book of Exodus covers about one year and then in numbers it speeds back up and there's about forty years or so...

...covered in numbers. So we can just see by the sheer amount of history that gets covered in the space of this text how important the details are. And so as we look at Exos we're looking at a short period of history, but a great amount of scripture is devoted to that and so we want to pay attention to these things. Now getting to this point, getting to Exodus, God has been preparing these circumstances for about six hundred years. So Abraham was was alive about six hundred years before this and God made the promises to him, had him leave his homeland and go to the land of Canaan. That's when Abraham was seventy five years old. Now he died at a hundred and seventy five, and he didn't possess anything except a burial plot in the land of Canaan. And Isaac came and went without receiving those promises. And then we have Jacob, Jacob who will actually wind up dying and Hegypt, not even in Canaan. But if you recall Jacob Sons, the brothers of Joseph, and God as well, had Joseph sold into slavery. Now God did this for a good result, even though the brothers were doing this for an evil result. But God basically was sending Joseph on ahead through a rather treacherous journey of his own to eventually become a head of state in Egypt. And then God sends us Great Famine and drives Jacob and the family to Egypt where they will be under Joseph's care. And then, as Joseph Dies off, God has the Egyptians enslave the Israelite so they can't leave. So they're stuck in Egypt. And for four hundred years, generation after generation after generation of Israelite lives and dies in slavery, and God is completely silent, getting us to this point that we're going to see an exodus. So it's as if God has this pregnant pause to put a greater emphasis on what's about to happen. Well, in exodus we're going to have a cast of characters of roughly for people. We've got the Egyptians and Pharaoh. Now they're going to be under God's judgment, obviously, and then we have the Israelites, who who it are mostly under God's mercy, but they get they get it handed to them a few times as well. They're kind of in between. And then we have Moses. Now we need, as believers, to put ourselves in Moses shoes as we look at this text. Moses is the true believer, and so the way God works out his promises and works out the circumstances of Moses life is the way God is working in the life of a believer, and so he we're going to identify with Moses as we go through the text, and I've got three points. The first point is that the incomprehensible God is behind our circumstances. Second Point will be the faithfulness of God is proved by our circumstances. And then the third point is that our knowledge of the incomprehensible and faithful God is brought to life by our circumstances, our knowledge that that objective understanding that we have of God through scripture is brought to life, is made subjectively real in our life by our circumstances. And so we'll look first at exodus chapter three. All right, the the incomprehensible God is behind our circumstances. Exodus three is going to be the story of Moses and the Bush that is not learning, even though there is a fire in...

...the middle of it. It's an amazing illustration that God has for Moses, he says in verse thirteen. Now this this again. This is Moses first encounter with God. He's eighty years old. He's traveling around in the MIDIAN desert, herd and sheep and God appears to him. And for Chapter Three and Chapter Four Moses is trying to get out of God's assignment to go lead the people out of Egypt. So it's an argument that's going on between Moses and God. Of course we know how that will turn out. So verse thirteen. Then Moses said to God, if I come to the people of Israel and say to them, the God of your father's has sent me to you, and they ask me what is his name, what shall I say to them? God said to Moses, I am who I am. Say this to the people of Israel, I am has sent me to you. Well, is this a helpful answer? Is the first thing I ask. Right, it's. It's sort of as if someone who is born blind came to me and said what is yellow, and I would say, well, yellow is yellow. I don't I don't know how to explain to other than it's yellow and that's it's kind of what God is saying is that is that I am who I am. There's there's really if you're looking for an explanation, Moses, there's not a way for me to explain it to you. I am who I am and it is it is exactly this point of God that makes him the incomprehensible one. It's not that we can't know God, it's that we can't know God comprehensively. Will Never Know God comprehensively in all of eternity. We won't be able to, because he is he is the one who is different. He is the Creator and where the creature as the I am. We understand that this is actually the most basic structure of Christian thought that there is. This must be at the foundation of everything. We understand that God is distinct from creation, that the rules of creation are not the rules of God. He is his own being, his own independent being. He is not dependent on anything outside of himself for his existence. He exists fully, he exists blissfully in and of himself. He is eternal, he is the ever present I am. He's never a was right, he's he is always who he is. He won't change in that regard. So he is incomprehensible. And this, this experience that Moses had at the Bush, helps understand, helps us understand that. So fire requires fuel it, you know, we need boil or charcoal or gas or wood or something, but this fire is is in the middle of a desert Bush, which typically, when those two things are together, you would call that kindling, right, but this is this is a Bush that is not being consumed, a fire that is not requiring fuel. It is a self existent fire. It is an independent fire, it is burning and existing in and of itself, and so it's a it's a perfect illustration for what God is saying to Moses as the I am who I am, and we should find great comfort in this. The incomprehensibility of God in and of itself would be a great comfort to us, as we understand that it is the the incomprehensible one, who is behind the circumstances of our life, so that when it makes no sense to us what's going on, when we can't comprehend why it would happen, when we can't connect the dots, that should be understandable because God is incomprehensible.

Why would the circumstances presented to us be comprehensible? It's okay that they are beyond us, because we are we understand that they are coming from one who is beyond us. God is not in reaction mode to our circumstances. He's orchestrating our circumstances. And so when it made no sense to Abraham that he might leave his land to go to Canaan, but then never possess Canaan right, or that were that Isaac or Jacob would have the same situation, or even for Jacob to find out he's going to die in Egypt and not only is he not possessing Canaan, he's not even in the region. And when it makes no sense to us that God would enslave generation after generation of Israelite we can understand that that it doesn't have to make sense to us, because God is incomprehensible, his ways are incomprehensible, but he he tells Moses a second thing about himself at the Bush, and that leads us to our second point, that the faithfulness of God is proved by our circumstances. So he is incomprehensible, but he's going we're going to learn also that he is faithful to his people, always faithful to his people. Verse Fifteen. God said also to Moses, say this to the people of Israel. Yahweh the God of your father's the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is my name forever. Thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations. So I said the word Yahway. Your Bible is obviously going to say the Lord in Capital Letters, and we understand that that's simply because the at some point the Israelites, out of a extreme form of legalism, decided that because they didn't want to take the name of the Lord in vain, they were never going to pronounce the name of the Lord Yeah Way. So in the in the Hebrew script, it's Yah Way, but they they substitute the word ad an eye, which is translated the Lord for us. But but God said he wanted to be known as Y'all way. He was revealing himself. In fact, all of exodus has him revealing himself as Yah Way, and so I'm just going to use y'all way to help us remember there's something unique about what's happening here. So by telling Moses that his name is Yah Way, God is about to reveal something special about himself. Will find that it is that he is the Covenant Keeping God, He is the faithful God to his people. That's that's the message that's being revealed by this name Yahway. Now just to take a few quick jumps through exodus. In Chapter Five, after Moses has been convinced, he goes to Pharaoh and he says, Pharaoh, Y'allways says, let my people go worship for three days. Pharaoh says, I don't know who y'all way is, and so let me show him what I'm going to do. So he doubles down on the work, he gives them extra to do, and so now Moses is on Pharaoh's hit list. The Hebrews are now ticked off at Moses because their life just got harder. And so Moses comes back to God, now all alone. Once again again the Hebrews and the Egyptians are on his case. Well, Chapter Six, God reiterates to Moses that he is Yahway. He says now, Moses, now I'm finally ready to show you who I am, as Yah way. Chapter Seven through eleven are the plagues, and throughout these plagues God says, I'm going to do this so that the Egyptians or so that the Israelites are so that Pharaoh,...

...and always so that Moses knows I am Yahway. That's the that's the reason he gives for the plagues. I'm not doing the plague. So they'll let you go. That I mean I can, I can make farall let you go. At any point. I'm doing the plagues so that you'll know I'm Yall way. And then we come to chapter fourteen and Pharaoh and the army are buried under the Red Sea. And through these chapters seven through fourteen God has said over twenty times I'm doing this so that you will know I am Yah way. So this is a very important aspect of exodus to understand what it means that God is Yahway. So the Israelites then come to Mount Sinai a great event, perhaps then anchor event of the Old Testament, and we have this great spectacle at sine. I remember the mountain is is off limits. If you come to the mountain, if you touch them out and even if an animal touch the mountain, you're to be killed. This is where God is. The mountain is going to appear as if it's on fire. We've got the dark, dark clouds overhead making it kind of dark outside. We have the trumpet from Heaven Sounding, and it's a trumpet that just apparently goes on for a while and gets louder and louder until finally God himself speaks from heaven. He's speaking directly in an audible voice to the Israelites. And if you remember the details of that story, the Israelites shut him down. They go to Moses and say, make him stop, we can't listen to it. Just let him tell you and then you come tell us. But it's a it's an extraordinary event that's going on. And so at some point then, Moses, the people have accepted the Covenant, Moses is up on the mountain and then the people start the party and they they create the calves and they give credit to the calf for their deliverance from Egypt. Think of the audacity of what's going on. Well, and chapter thirty two, verse seven. This is the exchange that goes on between Yahway and Moses on the mountain. And you always said to Moses, go down, for your people, whom you brought out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves. They have turned aside quickly out of the way, I commanded them. They have made for themselves a golden calf and have worshiped it and sacrifice to it and said these are your Gods, oh Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. And you always said to Moses, I have seen this people and behold. It is a stiff necked people. Now, therefore, let me alone, that my wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them in order that I might make a great nation out of you. Standback, Moses, and I'm going to wipe them out and will start over the golden half. is a flagrant violation of this new covenant that they have made to have no other gods before them. In fact, it it shows that the Israelites are worse than the Egyptians. Now, the Egyptians were idolatrous too, but the Egyptians didn't have yahway talking to them. So the Israelites have now done worse than the Egyptians. But you know what is to be expected. I mean these these are ten twelve generation slaves there. Their entire life has been slavery up to the recent past, asked, and so for their entire life they have. They have seen that the Egyptian...

...gods have provided Egypt with some form of prosperity. Their God has been silent until recently. In this this outsider, this this Moses, who was born in Pharaoh's house and lived out in the desert, has now shown up and said that he knows God and he's going to lead him out. And even though they've had some neat things happening, happen, it's still embedded in them that that the Egyptian gods are the are the gods that reign. So maybe we should cut them some slack. Well, God, God threatens annihilation. That's he's saying. By that, he's we know he's not actually going to annihilate them, because he's already told us what the future is going to be. So we know they're part of the future. But he's saying essentially that that, unlike the Egyptians, the sin of the Israelites deserves annihilation. Now, the Egyptians, they have been decimated right the through the plagues. God has basically destroyed their economy. He had the Israelites borrow the the valuables from their neighbors as they left. So he's taken some of their their national treasure with them. Their political system was buried at the bottom of the sea. There there military system was buried at the bottom of the sea. I mean Egypt is decimated, but it's still exists. But he says that what Israel deserves is annihilation, not to exist. So we we see a distinction. There we have the Egyptians that are bad and the Israelites that are worse. Well, Moses on the mountain innercedes to God and then he goes down and he he calls on the Israelites to declare their allegiance to Yahweh, and they refuse to do that. I mean, if you if you slow down and you read through this text, we find it's just amazing the audacity of these Israelites. They refused to declare their allegiance, except for some Levites. And so God says to the Levites, okay, take the sword and go kill your Israelite brothers, and they kill about three thousand of them, just walking through killing them. And then that wasn't quite enough for God, so he sent a plague and killed thousands more, and he's backed off of the annihilation thing at this point, but he says that he is not going to accompany the people into the promised land. Find, you can go into the Promised Land, but I'm done. Well, that brings us to chapter thirty three. Now the point that I'm on, Remember, is that the faithfulness of God is proved by our circumstances. At this point it's hard to see that right, just get a sense of the despair that Moses must be feeling and listen to this text. In chapter thirty three, verse three, God's talking to Moses. He says, go up to a land flowing with milk and honey, but I will not go up among you, lest I consume you on the way, for you are a stiff necked people. When the people heard this disastrous word, they mourned and no one put on his ornaments, for Y'all way had said to Moses, say to the people of Israel, you are stiff necked people. If for a single moment I should go up among you, I would consume you. So now take off your ornaments that I may know what to do with you. Therefore, the people of Israel stripped themselves of their ornaments, from Mount Horeb onward. Now, Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, far off from the...

...camp, and he called it the tent of meeting, meeting, and everyone who sought y'all way would go out to the tent of meeting, which was outside the camp. But whenever Moses went out to the tent, all the people would rise up, each would stand at his tent door and watch Moses until he had gone into the tent. And when Moses entered the tent, the pillar of the cloud would descend and stand at the entrance of the tent and Y'all way would speak with Moses. And when all the people saw the pillar of clouds standing at the entrance of the tent, all the people would rise up and worship, eat each at his tent door. Thus, Yah way used to speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. The key words in this are used to there was a time in this brief period of history where Moses would put this tent outside the camp prayer tint right and people could go out and pray. But when Moses went out and pray, it was clear that something was happening. The cloud that was accompanying them through the desert would come down and be at the tent and they would know that God is actually there with Moses. But that doesn't happen anymore. After this event, God has withdrawn. He's not meeting him at the tent anymore. Imagine Moses, who who is already not really a friend of the Israelites, who's all by himself. Now God, on account of their sin, has abandoned him as well. So he is alone, alone, alone. Now this is the moment when Moses is finally in a position to know what it means when God says he is Yahway. It's he couldn't have known it at the Bush, even though God told him the Bush. Moses was not ready to understand the message. He had to go through the plagues, but he wasn't ready then, and through the Red Sea, but he wasn't ready then. It was only at this point, at this extremely low point, when it seemed like all of God's great plans to deliver Israel were gone, that Moses could understand what it means that God is Yahway. In verse thirty three, also just kind of bouncing through there a little bit. Moses said, if I have found favor in your sight, please show me now your ways. And then in verse eighteen, he said, please show me Your glory now. You Alway answers him. In Verse Nineteen, he says, I will proclaim before you my name. Moses asked to see his glory and God said, okay, I will show you my glory. My glory is in who I am, my glory is in my name. I will show you my name. He's not just going to tell him his name, it's going to show him. I will show you my name, Yahway, and here it is. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will show mercy on whom I will show mercy. That's the moment. From the time of Abraham, everything was building to this moment for Moses, because here's what God has done. He is orchestrated the circumstances to prove something about himself that he's already told Moses, to prove this to Moses. Just as God is. He is merciful, right, he is just and he is merciful. He'll tell him that in chapter thirty four. He is merciful to Israel. He's merciful to his people in spite of their sins, just as he is just to the Egyptians because of their sins.

The Israelites Get mercy in spite of their sins. The Egyptians get justice because of their sins. Now the sins of the Israelites, remember, are worse than the Egyptians because of their relationship to Yahwe so, just as neither the Egyptian gods, nor the Egyptian army, nor Pharaoh could stop God's judgment. Even so, the repudiation of God's people towards God, the Israelites, repudiation of God, could not hold back his mercy. They deserved annihilation and God was giving them mercy. He will be merciful, to Whom He will be merciful? And the ones to whom he will be merciful are his people. It's us. When we arrive at the last day. He will be merciful to us, because he is Yahweh and we are his people, the church. So Moses. He did not just gain a fact that God was faithful. God didn't just say I'm faithful. God's faithfulness came alive to him in the most dramatic and incomprehensible way right. This brings us to the third point, that our knowledge of the incomprehensible and faithful God is brought to life by our circumstances. Our knowledge of the incomprehensible and faithful God is brought to life by our circumstances. So how do we get what we study about the word study in the word? How do we get the teaching that we have on the word to become alive in us, and it's through God's work in the circumstances of our life. Now we're going to fast forward forty years. Forty years down the road, Moses is getting is giving his farewell speeches in the book of Deuteronomy. He gives, I think, three farewell speeches in all, and in his final remarks in chapter thirty two of Deuteronomy, listen to what he says. He Says Give Ear, Oh heavens and I will speak, and let the earth hear the words of my mouth. Basically, listen up, everyone, heaven and earth, may my teaching drop as the rain mayce my speech distill as the do, like the gentle rain upon the grass and like showers upon the herbs. He wants what he's about to say to come down and to soak everything in it. For I will proclaim, he says in Verse Three Four. I will proclaim. Now, what is he going to proclaim after, after forty years of traveling with this stubborn, stiff necked people, this complaining group of people, after forty years of watching them die one by one, until everyone over the age of twenty lies dead somewhere in the wilderness after forty years and then himself not getting to step foot in the promised land. Here's what he is going to proclaim. I will proclaim the name of Yahway. It's what he started with, an exodus, three hero Israel I or here, Oh heavens and earth, I will proclaim the name of Yahway. Ascribe greatness to our God. He's still on the name. We don't get past the name. It's who God is. I will proclaim the Thea, the name of y'all. We ascribe greatness to our God. And here it is. Here's Moses Proclamation of the name the Rock. That's the name Moses has given to God. The Rock, UNMOVING, unchanging, stable, faithful. I will proclaim the name of Yahwa, the...

Rock. His work is perfect, for all his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness and without iniquity. Just and upright is he? This is what Moses thinks of God. In spite of all of these things that that seeme, I believe, incomprehensible. Why they would happen this way? How they would happen this way? Moses Sees God, at a hundred and twenty years old, as the Rock, and he sees God's work as perfect and his ways are justice. Everything that he did to the Egyptians, to Pharaoh, to the Israelites, is justice. It's a perfect way. A God of faithfulness, he says, and without Iniquity, just and upright is he. Moses learned that the obstacles of life, the unbelievable, unbearable obstacles, were from God to show his faithfulness to his people. So, when we think about worship, true worship is worship in truth, and the truth is that history is marching according to God's plan and towards God's purpose. And when I say history, I'm talking about the circumstances in my life and the circumstances in your life. Our history is marching according to God's plan and towards God's purpose. God is always enacting his perfect plan in every circumstance of our life, and our circumstances can never contradict, but will only confirm God's revelation. The circumstances we encounter cannot contradict the Scripture and God's revelation of himself. They will only confirm that, and so if they seem to be in contradiction, then the problem is with our interpretation. Right. If we can't make sense and we see and we and we feel like something has happened here, the problem is with our interpretation. So let me ask you on what do you think of God right? What are your thoughts of God? What place does he occupy in your mind and in your life? Obviously we must be reading the word right. We must, we must be gaining this external, objective knowledge of him. But then we must let the scripture interpret our experiences. We must understand it's a faithful God and that must be an interpretation of our experiences. It's an incomprehensible God. We don't want to follow the examples of the Israelites in in chapter six, when Moses went to them and said God is going to free you. It said in chapter six, verse nine that they did not listen to Moses. All the way back in chapter six of exodus. They did not listen to Moses because of their broken spirit and harsh slavery. They were already underneath their circumstances. They couldn't hear God because they were preoccupied with their circumstance of slavery. But even when they had victory at the Red Sea, they gave credit to the false gods showed that their heart really wasn't letting the word of God interpret their circumstances anyway, and even after spying out the land and seeing how great it was. But there were, you know, a few obstacles along the way. They didn't believe God could overcome the giants, and so they wound up dead in the Wilderness. We want to follow the example of Moses and of job. It was. It...

...was difficult for both of these. I mean there were it wasn't a cake walk for Moses by any stretch, and he didn't understand what was going on a lot of the time, but he accepted that it is the I am who is behind these circumstances, and so he was. He was humbled. He saw God's faithfulness happen in spite of these circumstances and he worshiped. And so for us, in spite of the pandemic, in spite of the fact that we live not knowing, you know, what might happen to our health or to those we love, or I have to visit my loved ones at armed length and that sort of thing, in spite of the financial hardship it maybe bringing some of us loss of job or loss of income, in spite of the civil unrest that's going on, crazy things that are happening on the streets right, or the political upheaval, or even, for Grace, Bible, the pastoral a people right. In spite of these circumstances, we understand, as believers, that the faithfulness of God will once again be proved in the circumstance that these are his circumstances for us to show US something about him. His ways are too wonderful for me to understand, as job said, and it's okay that I don't understand it's it's enough for me to know that God is in charge of these because of these things, we can be at peace and we can thank God for giving us this assurance in spite of the storm. So, as job did, we all should have moments where we repent in dust and ashes of where we let our thoughts go and, as Moses, we praise God, the Rock, whose works are perfect. Well, let me pray. Father, I'm grateful for this amazing story. I thank you for the lives of Moses and all of these people who experienced such remarkable circumstances and and we get to learn from them. We get to participate in them in such an amazing way. So I thank you for them, I thank you for what you did there and I thank you that that as the I am who I am. You haven't changed any since that time and you are working in us just as much, just as, just as actively as you worked in their life. Let that be a great source of hope and confidence and thankfulness for us. If we're struggling with thoughts of discouragement or despair or confusion or anxiety or whatever may occur in times like these. Father, give us also a moment to remember who you are, reveal yourself to us in a in a special way, as only you can to your people, and give us that hope, that peace that passes understanding. I thank you once again for Grace, Bible Church, and pray for them and their future as they continue to seek your face, Christ's name. Amen.
